Return an Order

Please complete the returns section on the order form included with your original delivery and place it safely inside your return parcel.

Please note to be elligble for a return:

• You must any unwanted items back to us within 14 days from the date you receive your order in the UK.
• All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We recommend using a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for your return as we hold no responsibility until the item(s) are safely back within our possession.

Refund Processing
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost. Once processed by us, please allow a further few working days for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

To help us process your request promptly, please include your order number, full name, billing address, and postcode in your email.
