Yes. Every item we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from trusted UK and EU suppliers. Deluxe Fashion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands on our website — we simply stock and sell genuine products at competitive prices.
DO YOU OFFER KLARNA OR CLEARPAY?
Yes, we offer both Klarna and Clearpay at checkout. These services allow you to spread the cost of your order into interest-free instalments (subject to approval).
HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURN PERIOD?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return unwanted items. Returned goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Simply contact our support team with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will issue instructions and the return address. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
At the moment, Deluxe Fashion ships within the UK only. International delivery may be introduced in future.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
IS DELUXE FASHION A UK REGISTERED BUSINESS?
Yes, Deluxe Fashion is a UK-registered independent retailer. All orders are handled and dispatched from within the United Kingdom.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT RECEIPTS OR GIFT PACKAGING?
At this time, we do not offer gift receipts or gift wrapping. Standard receipts are emailed automatically after purchase.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, exchanges are available within the 14-day return period. If the requested size or item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly through a replacement or refund.
WHY WAS MY KLARNA PAYMENT NOT APPROVED?
Approval decisions are made solely by Klarna or Clearpay. Deluxe Fashion does not influence these outcomes. Please contact the provider directly for support.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
