Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding original delivery charges).

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific offer details for clarification.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Complete returns form: Before returning any item, please carefully complete our returns form. Failure to do this correctly will result in your return being delayed.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind as we can take no responsibility of the item until it has been received safely back to us.
  4. Proof of Return: Please retain proof of postage until your return is processed. 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. This can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method
  • We suggest using a tracked service for the value of your item as we are not liable for any order that is returned and does not arrive safely

Cancellations:

  • If you request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee equal to five percent (5%) of the total order value. This fee represents non-recoverable payment processing and administrative costs incurred at the time the transaction is authorised and is not a penalty. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that these costs are incurred immediately and are therefore non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Nothing in this provision affects your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process outlined above. Indicate your desired exchange on the online return form included on Deluxe Fashion website.
  • We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue you a refund for the difference. 
  • If for whatever reason the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
  • Turn around time for an exchange can be anything from 7-14 days.
  • We suggest using a tracked service for the value of your item as we are not liable for any order that is returned and does not arrive safely

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items may be non-returnable, such as underwear  or items sold "as is." These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
