Returning an Item:

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any unwanted items.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return to ensure safe arrival.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund using Store Credit within 5-7 working days.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

• We are unable to offer refunds on gift cards or personalized items.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and use your refund to purchase the desired size or product.
