Cancellations Before Shipment:
- We are happy to offer a full refund for any cancellations made before your order ships.
- You can easily cancel your order by emailing customer.services@deluxe-fashion.com or using our contact us form.
- In accordance to the Cancelling Goods and Service Act 2016, all cancellations will be liable to a fee, this fee will be dependent on the payment method you used. SEE HERE
- ClearPay = 5.5% / PayPal = 5%
- Credit / Debit / SHOP / Apple Pay = 5%
Cancellations After Shipment:
Due to the handling and logistics involved with our high-end garments, cancellations after an order has shipped may not be possible. However, in some limited circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation with the following conditions:
- You must contact our Client Services Team within 24 hours of receiving your shipment notification.
- The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- A non-refundable concierge fee of 5%+ (Depending on provider) will be applied to cover processing costs associated with the order.
Please note: We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests after shipment if the above conditions are not met.We recommend contacting our Client Services Team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.Additional Information:
