SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in store credit or exchange (excluding original delivery charges).

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific offer details for clarification.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Complete returns form: Before returning any item, please carefully complete our returns form. Failure to do this correctly will result in your return being delayed.  CLICK HERE
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.
  4. Proof of Return: Please retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. This can take up to 10 working days to credit back to your original payment method.
  • All returns will be liable to a 5% listing fee in accordance to the Cancelling Goods or Services Act 2016 SEE HERE

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process outlined above. Please ensure items purchased as a ‘set’ or ‘tracksuit’ are returned together.
  • We will process a credit note to the value of your item, minus the original shipping costs once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If for what ever reason the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
  • Turn around time for an exchange can be anything from 7-14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items may be non-returnable, such as underwear  or items sold "as is." These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
